Our experience with Courtesy Taxi Co-op SOC LTD in St. Lucia was terrible. We paid $80 upfront for a return trip to Reduit Beach, only to be pressured by the driver to return early at their convenience. Despite confirming a 4:30 PM pickup, the driver abandoned us at the beach, claiming they’d left at 4:00 PM. We were then told we’d have to pay an additional $40 to get back, even though we had proof of our prior booking.

This company is aggressive, unprofessional, and dishonest. They tried to control our plans, pushed us to use facilities owned by their friends, and abandoned my family, including young children, with no way to return. Only after threatening to report them did they reluctantly arrange another driver.

WARNING: Do not use this company. They exploit cruise passengers, refuse refunds, and dismiss complaints. Avoid the cruise terminal taxis altogether and book private transport outside the port. Save yourself the stress and money—this company is not to be trusted.
